- 4 boneless skinless thighs
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast tenders
- 1 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup Italian Dressing
- 1 tbsp liquid smoke
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- salt & pepper to taste
- 10 oz water (approx)
Spray non-stick cooking spray in CanCooker, place chicken pieces in bottom add 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (save one cup), 1/2 cup Italian dressing, liquid smoke, minced garlic, salt, pepper and water.
Cover with lid and bring up to mild steam.
Cook on med-low for 30 minutes.
Remove from heat, let stand for 10 minutes.
Remove lid, add last cup of BBQ sauce.
Replace lid, shake several times to coat all pieces and mix well.
Finish on hot grill or broiler for a few minutes to brown.
Note: You can increase or decrease the amount of ingredients in this recipe but please make sure to use at least 12 oz. of liquid.
