- 2.5 lbs wild game or beef roast, cubed
- 1 large onion, coarse chopped
- 1 green pepper, coarse chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 2 bulbs garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1 stick butter
- 32 oz beef stock
- 1 pack onion soup mix
- 1 large bag egg noodles
Place CanCooker on low to medium heat.
Melt butter and add onion, green pepper, carrots, celery and garlic. Sauté until translucent about 4-6 minutes stirring constantly.
Add onion soup mix and stir together with vegetables after everything is coated add the 32 oz of beef stock let simmer for 5 minutes until steaming.
After CanCooker begins to steam add meat and good stirring every so often for 1 hour until meat is tender.
After meat is tender add egg noodles and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
Note: You can increase or decrease the amount of ingredients in this recipe but please make sure to use at least 12 oz. of liquid.
Tried this with some different pasta noodles and it was AMAZING! took no time and tasted like heaven
Added some teriyaki at the end and it was superb
