- Spray the inside of the CanCooker with non-stick cooking spray. Pour in the water, add the paprika and mix well. Add the onion and chicken. Latch lid and put on a medium / low heat. Cook for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.Carefully transfer chicken to a cutting board with a slotted spoon. Shred chicken into large pieces.Return the CanCooker to a medium / low heat and add sour cream and flour. Mix well for 2 minutes. Add the chicken and mix.Served with dumplings, biscuits or over noodles. Note: You can increase or decrease the amount of ingredients in this recipe but please make sure to use at least 12 oz. of liquid.

- 4 Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breasts
- 1 large Onion
- 4 tbsp Hungarian Paprika
- 2 cups Water
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp All Purpose Flour
- Salt and Pepper
