- Using a non-stick CanCooker JR or Companion, place on your Multi-Fuel Burner, stove or other heat source using medium low heat. Cook sausage. When sausage is done add celery, onion, cherries, pecans, rosemary, thyme and sage cook until aromatic, just a minute or two.Turn off heat. Add bread and slowly mix in chicken stock while stirring, 1 cup at a time. After adding 2 cups of chicken stock add the amount required to reach desired consistency.Serve immediately. - 8 ounces Ground Sausage
- 1 cup Celery
- 1 cup Yellow Onion
- ½ cup Dried Cranberries
- ½ cup Pecans
- 1 tbsp Rosemary
- 1 tbsp Thyme
- 2 Sage Leaves
- 4 cups Chicken Stock
- 8 cups Bread
