- 3 ½ cups large macaroni shells
- 6 cups water
- 4 cups tomatoes, diced
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 cups lettuce, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp cider vinegar
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- CanCooker Strainer Lid
Add 6 cups of water to the CanCooker and place on medium heat. When you see steam coming from the CanCooker add macaroni shells and cook for 10-12 minutes until shells are tender.
Drain the water with the CanCooker Strainer lid and set aside to let the shells cool.
In a small mixing bowl; combine sugar, vinegar, mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, salt and pepper.
To serve, combine everything in a large serving bowl; pasta, bacon, tomatoes and lettuce and the contents of the small mixing bowl.
