- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 10-12 egg roll wraps
- 24-30 oz vegetable oil
Fill oil in any CanCooker until it’s approximately 3 inches full. DO NOT FILL CanCooker over half full and cook with the lid off
Heat oil on medium while preparing eggrolls
In a medium bowl combine cream cheese, mozzarella, chicken, and hot sauce.
Put one spoonful in the center of an eggroll wrapper, and fold/seal per instructions on package.
Carefully add 1 or 2 at a time to the CanCooker and cook for about 30-60 seconds each, or until golden brown. Carefully remove from the CanCooker, serve and enjoy!
Note: Oil is hot; use proper cooking utensils.
