- 1 cup parboiled rice
- 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 2 cups water
In a non-stick CanCooker Junior or Companion, mix the rice, cream of mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix and water.
Place chicken breasts on top.
Close lid and cook on low to medium for 20 minutes.
Open and stir rice, close lid and simmer for an additional 15-20 minutes until chicken is done.
Easy and delicious!
Hardly any work and lots of flavor, yum!
I enjoyed this and had all of the ingredients on hand. Great for a week night meal.
