- 4 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
- 1 acorn squash, cut into pieces
- 3 small zucchini, cut into pieces
- 8 oz. baby carrots
- CanCooker Onion Pepper Seasoning
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup honey
- 12 oz Belgan ale
- Stick of butter
Insert two-piece rack in the CanCooker and spray the inside with non-stick cooking spray. Put vegetables in the CanCooker and pour ale over top. Sprinkle Onion Pepper Seasoning. Add chicken and sprinkle with additional Onion Pepper Seasoning. Drizzle honey over chicken and sprinkle with brown sugar. Place the stick of butter on top of the chicken.
Latch lid and put on medium / low heat. Cook for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
Note: You can increase or decrease the amount of ingredients in this recipe but please make sure to use at least 12 oz. of liquid.
