Chuck Roast

INGREDIENTS:

10 potatoes, quartered
2 onions, quartered
1 bag baby carrots
16 half ears of corn
6 cloves garlic, chopped
1 lb whole button mushrooms, halved
3 lbs chuck roast
1 package slow cooker beef flavored seasoning
CanCooker All Purpose Seasoning
1 12 oz beer

Place ears of corn standing on end in the CanCooker. Add potatoes, onions, carrots, mushrooms and garlic. Sprinkle vegetables with CanCooker All Purpose Seasoning. Place chuck roast on top of vegetables. Add slow cooker seasoning and beer.

Latch the lid and place on medium / low heat. Cook 50 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes.
Transfer to a large serving tray and enjoy.

Note: You can increase or decrease the amount of ingredients in this recipe but please make sure to use at least 12 oz. of liquid.
