- 4 baking apples
- ½ cup brown sugar, packed
- 4 tsp margarine
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Remove core from apples. Place two tbsp brown sugar, 1 tsp margarine and 1/8 tsp cinnamon in the center of each apple.
Fill the CanCooker to ¼ inch depth with water. Place rack in CanCooker. Place apples on rack.
Latch lid, heat on medium/low heat and steam for 5-10 minutes - depending on size of apples.
Turn off heat and let stand for 5-10 minutes.
