- ½ gallon water
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 boxes fettuccini noodles
- 2 sticks butter
- 16 oz parmesan cheese
- 16 oz romano cheese
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp pepper
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup flour
Add water to the CanCooker. Add salt. Place on heat and bring water to a boil. Add fettuccini noodles and cook noodles for 8 minutes or until they are ½ the way done (don’t worry you can't mess it up).
Strain the noodles. Place the empty CanCooker back on low heat and melt the butter. Add garlic and 1 tbsp pepper. Stir and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
Add the noodles. Add half the parmesan and romano cheese and fold them into the noodles.
In a mixing bowl, combine milk, flour, and 1 tbsp of pepper. Add mixture to the CanCooker and stir. Add the remainder of cheese and fold gently into noodles.
Latch lid and return the CanCooker to a low heat. Cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes.
Transfer to serving bowl and enjoy!
