- 2 lbs tuna steak
- 4 oz soy sauce
- 4 oz sherry
- 8 oz water
- 6 spring onions, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- CanCooker Garlic Butter Seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Spray the inside of the CanCooker with non-stick cooking spray. Combine all sauce ingredients in the CanCooker.
Place the 2-piece stainless steel rack on bottom of the CanCooker. Add tuna steaks. Sprinkle tuna with ginger and CanCooker Garlic Butter Seasoning.
Latch lid and cook on low to medium heat. Steam for 6 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Transfer to a serving platter and top with sauce from the CanCooker.
Note: You can increase or decrease the amount of ingredients in this recipe but please make sure to use at least 12 oz. of liquid.
