  • 4 lbs cut up whole chicken
  • 2  16 oz bottles red wine vinegar & oil dressing
  • 6 oz water
  • 2  1-gallon zip lock bags


Put 2 lbs of chicken pieces in each zip lock bag. Pour 13 oz dressing in each of the bag of chicken. Reserve the remain 6 oz of dressing. Seal the bags and marinade overnight in the refrigerator. 

Place the 2-piece stainless steel rack on bottom of the CanCooker and spray the inside with non-stick cooking spray. Add both bags of chicken with marinate. Add the remaining dressing and water.

Latch lid and cook on low to medium heat. Steam for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes. Transfer chicken to a large tray.

Grill or broil chicken 5 to 6 minutes on each side to brown.
