  • 2 ½ pounds potatoes - peeled and quartered
  • 12 oz water
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley – minced
  • 3 tbsp fresh chives – minced
  • 3 tbsp fresh dill or 3 tsp dill weed
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp CanCooker Garlic Butter Seasoning

Place potatoes in any CanCooker and cover with water. On a medium to medium low heat steam the potatoes until they are tender, approximately 20 -25 minutes. Using the CanCooker strainer lid drain the potatoes and transfer to a large serving bowl. Combine the remaining ingredients until well mixed. Pour over the potatoes and toss to coat.
