Steam cakes for thirty minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Repeat until all batter is used up (yields 6 mini cakes).
    While the cakes are steaming mix together frosting ingredients in a medium size bowl until smooth. Carefully remove cakes from the CanCooker and let cool (place in freezer for 5-10 minutes to speed up cooling). Once cooled layer frosting on each cake.
