½

Granulated Sugar
2
tbsp
Cinnamon
Instructions
NOTE: You can cook multiple cans of dough while you have your oil hot. Might need to add more sugar and cinnamon for coating.
Fill oil in non-stick CanCooker Jr or Companion until it's approximately 3 inches full. Place CanCooker onto medium low heat and preheat for 5-10 minutes.
Place a few pieces of dough into can at a time and fry; as the Malasada cooks the dough will get golden. To flip, just tap frying dough with utensil and malasada will roll over. After other side cooks, remove from oil and place in bowl of mixed sugar and cinnamon. Roll and cover in mixture and place on serving plate. Repeat until you’re full or the biscuits run out.
