- 8 russet potatoes - cut in small chunks
- 3 slices thick cut bacon – cut in small pieces
- 6 bone in pork chops
- 1 medium onion – thinly sliced
- ¼ tsp CanCooker Onion Pepper Seasoning
- ¼ tsp celery seed
- 1 16 oz can sauerkraut
- 1 red apple chopped
- 1 12 oz can of beer
- 1 14.5 oz chicken broth
Place two-piece rack into bottom of any CanCooker. Layer the potatoes, bacon, pork chops, onion, Onion Pepper Seasoning and celery seed in the CanCooker. Spread the sauerkraut evenly over the top and add chopped apples. Pour in beer and chicken stock. Secure CanCooker lid and place on medium heat for 45 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
