In a non-stick CanCooker on medium heat cook the sausage until browned, about 5-7 minutes.Stir in the garlic, chicken broth, cream, lemon juice, sun-dried tomatoes and gnocchi. Cover and cook on medium low for approx. 5-10 minutes. Stir and then add in the spinach. Cover and cook for 1-2 minutes until the spinach has wilted.Add the parmesan, crushed red pepper flakes and season with salt and pepper. Stir and serve immediately.
