In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well.Grease miniature loaf pans or spring form pans and pour batter into pans approximately 2/3 full.Place rack in the bottom of the CanCooker and add water to the top of the rack. Place 2 pans of batter on top of the rack. Put lid on and steam for 30 minutes. Remove and let cool. Serve warm with butter and honey.
