- 2 lb pork tenderloin
- 18 oz chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- BBQ sauce
- 8-10 buns
Place the 2 piece stainless steel rack in the bottom of the CanCooker and add the chicken broth.
Cut the pork tenderloin in half and place on top of the rack. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Latch lid and cook on low to medium heat. Steam for 35 to 45 minutes.
Remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes. Transfer pork tenderloin to a cutting board and shred with fork.
You can either mix the shredded pork with BBQ sauce or pile the shredded pork on a bun and top with BBQ sauce.
