- 6 slices Thick Peppered Bacon
- 1 tsp Garlic Minced

- In a non-stick CanCooker combine Brussels sprouts, minced garlic and bacon. Cook on low medium heat, stirring occasionally, until Brussels sprouts start to brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
