For use with any CanCooker

Ingredients
- 2.5 pounds Wild Game or Beef Roast Cubed
- 1 large Onion Coarse Chopped
- 1 Green Pepper Coarse Chopped
- 2 Carrots Diced
- 3 stalks Celery Diced
- 2 bulbs Garlic Minced
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Pepper
- 1 stick Butter
- 32 ounces Beef Stock
- 1 pack Onion Soup Mix
- 1 large Bag Egg Noodles
Directions
- Place CanCooker on low to medium heat.Melt butter and add onion, green pepper, carrots, celery and garlic. Sauté until translucent about 4-6 minutes stirring constantly.Add onion soup mix and stir together with vegetables after everything is coated add the 32 oz of beef stock let simmer for 5 minutes until steaming.After CanCooker begins to steam add meat and good stirring every so often for 1 hour until meat is tender.After meat is tender add egg noodles and cook for another 10-15 minutes. Serve immediately and enjoy.Note: You can increase or decrease the amount of ingredients in this recipe but please make sure to use at least 12 oz. of liquid.
