For use with any CanCooker

Ingredients
- 5 slices Bacon
- 1 pound Cubed Stew Meat
- 1 cup Red Wine
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- ½ cup Tomato Sauce
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Flour
- 3 Minced Garlic Cloves
- ½ large Onion Chopped
- 2 tbsp Thyme
- Dash of CanCooker All-Purpose Seasoning
- 3 Carrots Sliced
- 2 Celery Stalks Sliced
- 1 pound Roasting Potatoes Cut in half
- 4 ounces Sliced Mushrooms
Directions
- In a non-stock CanCooker cook bacon on a medium heat, crumble and set aside. Add stew meat to bacon grease; sear. Set aside.Add garlic, onions and red wine. Simmer, reduce heat and add chicken broth, tomato sauce, and soy sauce. Slowly whisk in the flour.Add seasonings, carrots, celery, potatoes, mushrooms, meat, and bacon. Stir well, cover and cook for about 40 minutes on medium low heat.Serve and enjoy!

Good for camp – I brought all of the ingredients with me camping and made it in the woods. Such a nice, energy boosting meal while out camping with friends
