Beef Cannellini Bean Minestrone Soup

Prep Time - 10 minutes
Cook Time - 15 minutes


  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Diced Onion
  • 2 Diced Carrots
  • 2 Diced Celery Sticks
  • tsp Salt
  • tsp Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 2 links Sweet italian Sausage Cut into chuncks
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 6 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 28 ounces Can Diced Tomatoes
  • 15 ounces Can Cannellini Beans Rinsed and Drained
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1 pound Ditalini Pasta
  • Parmesan for Garnish


  • Instructions: Heat oil in CanCooker, Stir in onion, carrots, celery, & salt and pepper. Add sausage. Cook about 5 minutes. Add ground beef, garlic, and seasonings. Cook until browned and cooked through. Stir in tomato paste, mix. Add broth, tomatoes, beans, and bay leaf. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Meanwhile cook your pasta in a separate CanCooker. Once cooked, strain with your strainer lid. Add the pasta to the soup, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Serve & enjoy.
