For use with any CanCooker

Beef Enchilada Pasta


  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 2 ¼ cups rotini pasta
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 10 oz cans red enchilada sauce
  • 2 cups cheddar jack cheese shredded


  • In any CanCooker on a medium-to-medium low heat source heat the olive oil.
  • Add the beef and onion and cook until the beef has browned and the onions are soft, about 7 minutes.
  • Drain off excess grease.
  • Add the garlic and taco seasoning and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add in the pasta, water and enchilada sauce.
  • Place lid on CanCooker and continue to cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the pasta is tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
  • Stir in the cheese and serve.
