For use with any CanCooker

Ingredients
- 3 ½ cups Large Macaroni Shells
- 6 cups Water
- 4 cups Tomatoes Diced
- 4 slices Bacon Cooked and Crumbled
- 3 cups lettuce Thinly Sliced
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Cider Vinegar
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- Salt and Pepper To Taste
Directions
- Optional Accessory: CanCooker Strainer LidAdd 6 cups of water to the CanCooker and place on medium heat. When you see steam coming from the CanCooker add macaroni shells and cook for 10-12 minutes until shells are tender. Drain the water with the CanCooker Strainer lid and set aside to let the shells cool. In a small mixing bowl; combine sugar, vinegar, mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, salt and pepper.To serve, combine everything in a large serving bowl; pasta, bacon, tomatoes and lettuce and the contents of the small mixing bowl.Enjoy!
