For use with any CanCooker

Ingredients
- ½ cup Melted Butter
- ⅔ cup White Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- ½ tsp Baking Soda
- 1 cup Cornmeal
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- ½ tsp Salt
Directions
- In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well.Grease miniature loaf pans or spring form pans and pour batter into pans approximately 2/3 full.Place rack in the bottom of the CanCooker and add water to the top of the rack. Place 2 pans of batter on top of the rack. Put lid on and steam for 30 minutes. Remove and let cool. Serve warm with butter and honey.

Pretty good – I accidentally lost track of time when baking these so I pulled them out a little late. They were still full of flavor and melted in your mouth with the honey on top
Best corn bread ever – drizzled mine in honey when they were done and BOY were they GOOD! i have to make these for every party now
