Ingredients
For all Flavors of Mini Quiches
- 1 pack Pre-Made Pie Crust
- 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Onion
- 2 Eggs Beaten
- ⅛ cup Colby Cheese
- Small Round Pan
Sausage Quiche
- ¼ cup Sausage Cooked
Bacon Quiche
- 2 strips Bacon Cooked
Veggie Quiche
- ⅛ cup Green Pepper Diced
- ⅛ cup Spinach Diced
Ham Quiche
- ⅛ cup Green Pepper Diced
- ⅛ cup Ham Diced (Cooked)
Directions
- (for all flavors)Using a non-stick CanCooker JR or CanCooker Companion, place rack inside CanCooker and fill with water to the bottom of the rack. Place CanCooker onto a burner using Medium low heat and heat until steaming.Using a small pan, place your pie crust inside and trim the edges to be flush with the pan. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and pour into the pie crust.After CanCooker is steaming, placed filled pans inside and place lid onto the CanCooker and latch. Steam for 15-20 minutes. Carefully, remove the pans from the CanCooker using tongs and let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
