For use with any CanCooker

Carolina Crab Boil


  • 1 12 oz. can of beer or chicken broth
  • 4 ears sweet corn cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 lb. new potatoes
  • 1 medium onion quartered
  • 3 Tbsp CanCooker Original Creole Seasoning
  • 1 pkg Kielbasa sausage cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 2 lbs. snow crab legs


  • In any CanCooker add beer or chicken broth, corn, potatoes, onions, CanCooker Original Creole Seasoning and Kielbasa sausage. Place CanCooker on a medium-to-medium low heat source and steam for 30 minutes until vegetables are tender. 
  • Add crab legs and continue to steam for an additional 10 minutes.  Drain liquid from the CanCooker using the strainer lid. Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy. Season to taste with CanCooker Creole Seasoning.
