For use with any CanCooker

Cheesy Vegetable & Egg Scramble


  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 zucchini diced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms diced
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 1 tsp CanCooker Original Seasoned Salt
  • 10 eggs lightly beaten
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese


  • In any CanCooker, melt butter on a medium-to-medium low heat source.  When butter has melted add vegetables and sauté until softened. Season vegetables with CanCooker Original Seasoned. 
  • Add beaten eggs and cottage cheese to the CanCooker, mixing well. Cook for 5-8 minutes until the eggs scramble. Mix in cheese and continue to cook until cheese has melted.
