For use with any CanCooker

Chicken Ranch Mac and Cheese


  • 3 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp CanCooker Onion Pepper Seasoning
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup Swiss cheese
  • ¾ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup rotisserie chicken chopped
  • Topping
  • 10 bacon slices cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley minced


  • In any CanCooker on a medium-to-medium low heat source cook the elbow macaroni to package directions for al dente.
  • Drain the pasta with the CanCooker Strainer Lid.
  • To the macaroni, add in the butter, all-purpose flour, CanCooker Onion Pepper Seasoning, and the milk.
  • Stir until well combined and continue to cook until the sauce thickens, 1-2 minutes.
  • Stir in the cheeses until blended and then add the ranch dressing.
  • Stir in the chicken.
  • Top the macaroni with bacon and parsley.
  • Serve immediately.
