Mix cake mix according to package directions. Grease mini loaf pans and fill half way up with the cake batter.
In any size CanCooker place rack in the bottom of the CanCooker and add water to the top of the rack. Place two loaf pans on the rack. On a medium-to-medium low heat source steam cakes for thirty minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Repeat until all batter is used up.
Carefully remove cakes from the CanCooker and let cool. To serve, dust the tops of the loaves with confectioner’s sugar. If you like you can cut small hearts or other festive stencils and place them on the loaves before dusting.
