Clam Bake

Clam Bake

Prep Time - 15 minutes
Cook Time - 35 minutes


  • 10 Red Potatoes Quartered
  • 8 Ears of Corn Halved
  • 2 Lemons Halved
  • 5 Sweet Italian Sausages
  • 4 sprigs Parsley Chopped
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 2 cups White Wine
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • CanCooker Butter Garlic Salt
  • 50 Littleneck Clams Washed
  • 3 pounds Crab Legs
  • 5 Garlic Cloves Minced
  • CanCooker Original Seasoned Salt


  • Insert the two-piece rack in the CanCooker and coat the inside with non‐stick cooking spray.
    Stand the corn upright on rack, add potatoes and 1 lemon. Add sausages, parsley and butter. Pour in the wine and broth and top with CanCooker Butter Garlic Salt.
    Latch lid and put on medium / low heat. Cook 25 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
    Carefully remove the lid and add the clams, crab legs, garlic and the remaining lemon. Top with Cancooker Original Seasoned Salt.
    Latch lid and return to medium / low heat. Cook 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes.
    Note: You can increase or decrease the amount of ingredients in this recipe but please make sure to use at least 12 oz. of liquid.
