CanCooker Coconut Tandori Chicken

Coconut Tandori Chicken

Prep Time - 10 minutes
Cook Time - 35 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs Diced ¼ Inch
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Garam Masala or curry Powder (Curry will change the taste slightly but still delicious)
  • 1 Onion Cut in Half Sliced Thick
  • 1 Bell Pepper Cut in Half Sliced Thick
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Tumeric
  • ½ tsp Ground Ginger
  • ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 14 ounces Can Coconut Milk (Full Fat)

Directions

  • In a nonstick CanCooker add all the ingredients, place on lid and cook on a low medium heat for 20 minutes. Remove lid, let simmer to reduce liquid until thickened 10 to 15 minutes. Serve over rice!
