Season chicken breasts with CanCooker Onion Pepper Seasoning and salt. On a medium-to-medium low heat source add in 2 tablespoons olive oil. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the chicken and transfer to a plate.
Add mushrooms to the CanCooker and cook until beginning to brown, about 5-7 minutes. Add shallots and remaining olive oil. Cook until translucent, 1-2 minutes. Stir in mustard, broth and noodles. Cover and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Stir in heavy whipping cream. Stirring occasionally cook until noodles are tender and the sauce has thickened.
Return chicken to the CanCooker and cook through. Serve,sprinkled with parsley.
