For use with any CanCooker

Creamy Chipotle Shrimp


  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper seeds removed and diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 green onions sliced
  • 1 tsp CanCooker Original Seasoned Salt
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 3-4 tbsp chipotle sauce
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • chopped cilantro optional
  • sliced jalapeño optional


  • In any CanCooker, add the olive oil and red bell pepper. Sauté for 4-5 minutes on a medium-to-medium low heat source.
  • Add the garlic, onion and CanCooker Original Seasoned Salt and stir for 2 minutes.
  • Add the shrimp and sauté for 3-4 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and opaque. 
  • Pour in the chipotle sauce and milk, stir until combined and warm through. May garnish with chopped cilantro and jalapeño.  Serve over rice or cooked pasta.
