For use with any CanCooker

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper seeds removed and diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 3 green onions sliced
- 1 tsp CanCooker Original Seasoned Salt
- 1 lb shrimp
- 3-4 tbsp chipotle sauce
- 1/2 cup milk
- chopped cilantro optional
- sliced jalapeño optional
Directions
- In any CanCooker, add the olive oil and red bell pepper. Sauté for 4-5 minutes on a medium-to-medium low heat source.
- Add the garlic, onion and CanCooker Original Seasoned Salt and stir for 2 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and sauté for 3-4 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and opaque.
- Pour in the chipotle sauce and milk, stir until combined and warm through. May garnish with chopped cilantro and jalapeño. Serve over rice or cooked pasta.
