Easy Pork 'n' Beans

Prep Time - 10 minutes
Cook Time - 30 minutes


  • 2 cans Pork and Beans (55 ounces)
  • 2 large Onions Chopped
  • 10 strips Bacon Chopped
  • 1 ¼ cups Packed Brown Sugar
  • ¼ cup Vinegar
  • 5 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Ground Mustard


  • In any non-stick CanCooker add bacon strips and cook on medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon and drain all the grease leaving approximately 1 tablespoon grease in the CanCooker. Add onion and saute for 2-3 minutes. Combine the remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to medium low; cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring well with a wooden spoon.
