For use with any CanCooker

Eggs Cocotte

Prep Time - 10 minutes
Cook Time - 5 minutes


  • 6 jumbo Eggs
  • Butter
  • Pepper
  • CanCooker Seasoned Salt Seasoning
  • CanCooker Garlic Butter Seasoning
  • ¼ cup Parsley Flakes
  • 6 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 6 small Ramekin Dishes

  • Butter the Ramekins and sprinkle bottom with Seasoned Salt, Garlic Butter, pepper and parsley flakes. Add 1 tbsp heavy cream in each dish and break 1 egg on top.
    Add 12 oz of water in the CanCooker and place the dishes carefully in the bottom. Latch lid and heat on medium / low. Cook for 2 1/2 minutes.  
    Remove from heat. Carefully remove Ramekins and sprinkle with pepper, salt and parsley flakes.  Enjoy with a fresh crusty bread or toast.


  • Simple – had never heard of these until i tried them in my cancooker and these are just one of the most amazing dishes i have ever had
