- 4 Perch, Croaker or Sea Trout
- 1 pound String Beans
- 8 ounces Lemon Ginger Marinade Mixed with 4 ounces of water
- Salt and Pepper
- Clean fish and marinate for 4 hours in lemon ginger marinade. Retain the marinade. Sprinkle green beans with salt and pepper.Insert the 2-piece steel rack into the CanCooker and spray the inside with non-stick cooking spray. Add string beans. Arrange filets on top of the green beans. Add the marinade. Latch lid and heat on medium / low. Cook 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes. Serve with garlic bread.Note: You can increase or decrease the amount of ingredients in this recipe but please make sure to use at least 12 oz. of liquid.
