For use with any CanCooker

Ingredients
- 2 pounds Baby Carrots
- 3 cloves Garlic Minced
- 2 tsp Fresh Ginger Minced
- 1 tbsp Fresh Cilantro Chopped
- 1 tsp Lime Rind Grated
- 1 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 12 ounces Water
Directions
- Place the 2-piece stainless steel rack on bottom of the CanCooker and spray the inside with non-stick cooking spray. Add carrots, garlic, ginger, cilantro, grated lime rind, lime juice, salt and butter. Add water. Latch lid and cook on low to medium heat. Steam for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
Glazed carrots – These carrots are better than cooking them in any other cooking device. My whole family loves them. To make it fun I’ll grab the purple and white carrots as well.
