Green Bean and Mushroom Medley

Green Bean and Mushroom Medley

Prep Time - 10 minutes
Cook Time - 20 minutes


  • ½ pound Fresh Green Beans Cut into 1-inch lengths
  • 2 Carrots Cut into thick strips
  • 1 small Onion Sliced
  • ½ pound Fresh Mushrooms Sliced
  • cup Butter
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp CanCooker Butter Garlic Salt


  • In a non-stick CanCooker add the green beans, carrots, onion, butter, water and seasonings. Latch lid and place on low to low-medium heat for 15 minutes.  Open lid and add fresh mushrooms.  Cook an additional 5 minutes or until all vegetables are tender.
