For use with any CanCooker

Ingredients
- ½ pound Fresh Green Beans Cut into 1-inch lengths
- 2 Carrots Cut into thick strips
- 1 small Onion Sliced
- ½ pound Fresh Mushrooms Sliced
- ⅛ cup Butter
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- ½ tsp CanCooker Butter Garlic Salt
Directions
- In a non-stick CanCooker add the green beans, carrots, onion, butter, water and seasonings. Latch lid and place on low to low-medium heat for 15 minutes. Open lid and add fresh mushrooms. Cook an additional 5 minutes or until all vegetables are tender.
