Ham and Vegetable Scramble


  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 zucchini diced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms diced
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 1 tsp CanCooker Original Seasoned Salt
  • 10 eggs lightly beaten
  • 2 cups cooked ham cubed
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese


  • In any CanCooker melt butter on a medium-to-medium low heat source. Add vegetables and sauté until softened. Add beaten eggs and ham, cook for 5-8 minutes until eggs are done. Mix in cheese and continue to cook until cheese has melted. Season with CanCooker Original Seasoned Salt.
