Macaroni Meatballs

Macaroni Meatballs

Prep Time - 20 minutes
Cook Time - 30 minutes


  • 46 ounces Can Tomato Juice
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 2 pounds Hamburger
  • 1 ½ cups Elbow Macaroni
  • 2 Eggs
  • Onion Flakes
  • CanCooker Garlic Salt


  • Mix tomato juice, brown sugar, sugar, vinegar, cinnamon and salt in the CanCooker.
    Mix the remaining ingredients in a large bow and form into meatballs.
    Drop the meatballs into the CanCooker. Cover and cook for 30 minutes on medium heat. Remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
