For use with any CanCooker

Ingredients
- 2 cups Chicken Stock
- 2 Lemons (1 juiced, 1 sliced)
- 4 cloves Garlic Chopped
- 4 tsp CanCooker Onion Pepper Seasoning
- 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 ½ pound New Red Potatoes
- 1 medium Red Onion
- 16 ounces White Mushrooms
Directions
- Place rack in the bottom of any size CanCooker. On medium low heat pour 2 cups chicken stock and the 1 juiced lemon. Place chicken breasts on rack and season with onion pepper seasoning, garlic and sliced lemon. Add red potatoes, bell pepper and red onion. Cook for 25 minutes, open and add mushrooms. Continue to cook for another 20 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Very Moist Chicken – The chicken turned out very moist. I will be making this again!
