For use with any CanCooker

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 1/2 cups cooked ham cubed
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1 cup pineapple chunks drained
- 1 1/3 cups pineapple juice
- 4 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp Thai Chili sauce
- 2 tbsp corn starch
Directions
- In any CanCooker, melt the butter on a medium-to-medium low heat source. Sauté the ham, onions, andpineapple chucks in the butter for five minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine the pineapple juice, vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, Thai Chili Sauce and cornstarch. Stir until well combined and pour over the ham mixture in the CanCooker. Stir well and latch lid. Allow to heat through and thicken, about 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
