Salmon with Crabmeat

Salmon with Crabmeat

Prep Time - 15 minutes
Cook Time - 12 minutes


  • 2 medium Salmon Filets
  • 1 tsp CanCooker Original Seasoned Salt
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 4 tbsp White Wine
  • Dash of Lemon Juice
  • 6 ounces Can Crabmeat
  • ¼ cup Plain Panko
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 12 ounces Water


  • Insert the two-piece stainless steel rack into the CanCooker and add water. Mix the crabmeat, panko, mayonnaise and seasoned salt in a small bowl.  Put each filet into a small baking dish.  Top each filet with half the crabmeat mixture, 2 tablespoons of white wine, a couple drops of lemon juice and a tablespoon of butter.
    Put the baking dishes on top of the racks, latch the lid and place the CanCooker on a low to medium heat. Steam for 12 minutes. Remove the CanCooker from the heat and let stand a couple of minutes. Carefully remove the baking dishes. Sprinkle with a little more seasoned salt and serve.  


  • This was great – I love salmon and adding the crab took them to the next level. I will be making these again.
