Ingredients
- 12 ounces Water
- 10-25 Clams
- Lemon Juice
- Creole Seasoning
Directions
- Place 2-piece rack inside CanCookerAdd 12 ounces of water.Add your clams.Place lid.Cook on medium low heat for about 7 minutes.Open lid & check to see if all clams opened.(Throw away any clams that are still closed)Season clams to taste & enjoy!
