For use with any CanCooker

Steamed Omelets

Prep Time - 10 minutes
Cook Time - 25 minutes


  • 6 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Sour Cream
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • ¾ cup Chopped Ham
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp CanCooker All Purpose Seasoning
  • 2 Green Onions chopped
  • ¼ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese


  • Beat eggs, sour cream, milk, salt and CanCooker All Purpose Seasoning until well blended. 
  • Stir in green onions, ham and cheese. 
  • Pour mixture into ramekins.
  • Add 18-24 oz of water into the CanCooker
  • Place ramekins into the water and make sure that the water level is not more than ¾ high on the ramekin.
  • Latch lid and steam on medium for 20 minutes. 
  • Remove lid and continue to steam 5 minutes. 
  • Carefully remove ramekins as they will be hot.
