Turkey Delight

Prep Time - 15 minutes
Cook Time - 1 hour 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 3 stalks Celery Diced
  • ½ Yellow Onion Diced
  • 1 Green Pepper Diced
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 3 cups Uncooked Turkey Chunked
  • 3 Potatoes Diced
  • 3 Carrots Diced
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 12 ounces Chicken Stock
  • Salt and Pepper
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ½ cup Flour
  • What you're serving it on: Bread, Biscuits, Puff Pastries, Rice, etc..

Directions

  • In your nonstick CanCooker Jr or CanCooker Companion add oil, celery, onion, and green pepper. Cook on medium low heat until onion is translucent. Add flour and stir continuously for 2-4 minutes to create a roux. Add turkey, potatoes, carrots, cream of chicken soup, chicken stock, salt and pepper. Place on lid and simmer for about 20 minutes. Stir in milk and flour and continue to cook for around 40 minutes stirring occasionally. Remove from heat let sit for about 5-10 minutes. Serve over bread, biscuits, puff pastries or rice.
