Venison Meatloaf

Venison Meatloaf

Prep Time - 10 minutes
Cook Time - 45 minutes


  • 2 Eggs Slightly beaten
  • ½ cup Ketchup Divided
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 1 ½ cups Butter Crackers Crumbs
  • ½ cup Finely Chopped Onion
  • ½ cup Finely Chopped Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 ½ pound Ground Venison
  • 24 ounces Water


  • Mix the ingredients and place into greased mini loaf pans.
    Place rack in the bottom of the CanCooker and add water to the top of the rack. (approx 24 oz) Place pans on the rack. Place lid on and steam for 45 minutes.  
    Remove and let cool, top with remaining ketchup.
